When I experienced somatics through the SATYA Method by Tias Little (Somatic Awareness Training for Yoga Attunement), I was met with a practice that could meet me in gentle holistic integration. 

Likened to moving yin yoga forms and inspired by The Feldenkrais Method®, SATYA initiates the physical body into slow, repetitive and rhythmic movements. The invitation is a curious exploration of awareness, tracking sensations and learning the body's language throughout movement and stillness. The introspection trained during this practice increases somatic intelligence and strengthens the neural pathways that make embodiment more consistent and accessible.
